  • Where's the price?

    First off, thanks for stopping by and for checking out Happy Bus. We view each event as it’s own magical moment and therefore craft our quotes accordingly. The main factors we take into consideration our: Duration (How long will the photo booth be running continuously), Location (our you within our 40 mile radius), Number of guests (family get-together vs mega corporate party).

    Other pricing factors: time (prep, load, unload, setup, teardown, template design, equipment, props, bus maintenance, & more. Needless to say there is a ton of prep and work that goes into your event to make sure it’s perfect.

    Happy Bus will be the life of the party and your satisfaction is our main focus.

  • Can we customize our template?

    Yes, yes & yes! We want this to be the perfect event for you an everything you have dreamed of. After filling out our pre-event questionnaire, we will be in contact to learn more about your event and make sure it is perfect.

  • How many people can we fit in the bus?

    In the beginning we used to let everyone load in without thinking twice. However, Esther is our baby. She deserves to be respected as well as all of the equipment we use. So with that said we typically cap the amount of guests to 5.

  • What if the weather does not cooperate?

    Esther will show up rain or shine. However, Mother Nature isn't always on our side. We can provide a 10X20 tent to help keep your guests out of the elements for an additional fee or guests can provide their own.

    If the weather becomes severe we have two options: We can take the booth inside the venue and use it as a freestanding booth (minus the bus) or we can call it a day (in extreme cases). We want your event to be amazing so we will try almost anything to make it happen.

  • How far will you travel?

    To the ends of the Earth to make your event a dream come true. Well almost… We have a 40 mile radius from our homebase in Pataskala, OH that we consider “local”. Anything outside of that distance will be an additional cost.

  • Why a photo booth in a bus?

    Let’s all admit two things: VW buses are awesome and photo booths take parties to the next level. We thought that marrying these two amazing things was a no brainer. We were right!

    Of course you could rent a regular old photo booth but where’s the fun in that? You want a memorable experience and Esther is just the bus to bring it!

  • What kind of booth do you have?

    Our booth is a state of the art DSLR Photo Booth that uses a Canon T7 camera, a DNP RX1HS printer, and DSLRBooth software.

    Quality was our main focus when choosing a both so please know that your photos and prints will be top of the line.

  • Watch your head!

    Not so much a question but rather some sound advice. WATCH YOUR HEAD! The bus is deceivingly short and we don’t want you walking around with a bonked head so please be careful.
